“Tae Kwon Do has taught me to never settle for anything, but to reach for my goals in life. I have found that the example I am setting for my children will help them in their path through lifeā€¦ to never give up. As you progress through the belt ranks you realize that with a little hard work you can do anything if you set your mind to it.”

– Janet Ring, Owner-Instructor

The Student Creed

I intend to develop myself in a positive manner and avoid anything that would reduce my mental growth or physical health.

I intend to develop self-discipline in order to bring out the best in myself and others…

I intend to use what I learn in class constructively and defensively; to help myself and my fellow man and never to be abusive and offensive.
